Forbes Names Credit Union of New Jersey Best-In-State

Credit Union of New Jersey has been named Best-In-State of New Jersey* by Forbes, a global media company focusing on business, investing, technology, entrepreneurship, leadership and lifestyle.

Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to produce a second-time look at the Best-In-State Banks and Credit Unions. The best banks and credit unions in every state were chosen based on an independent survey from a vast sample of more than 25,500 U.S. citizens spread among all states. The survey was conducted using an online access panel. Each participant was asked to name all banks/credit unions where the consumer has or previously had a checking and/or savings account. The consumer had to rate the bank/credit union regarding various evaluation criteria (e.g. Trust, Terms & Conditions). In total, 173 banks and 186 credit unions were awarded as the Best-In-State Banks/Credit Unions 2019. Credit Union of New Jersey was the sole credit union awarded in New Jersey.
