The credit union philosophy of “people helping people” is one we agree with very strongly and live by every day. An example is the Credit Union of New Jersey Foundation—a non-profit charitable organization we established in 2012 to promote financial education and to support other non-profits in the communities where we live and work.
The Foundation is incorporated in Ewing, NJ, and is operated by a Board of Directors made up of Credit Union of New Jersey employees. It is approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing charitable assistance to those in need.
