To join our Prosperity Perks program, you’ll just need to become a Select Employee Group (SEG) first:

• Complete the online application
• Email businessdevelopment@cunj.org with any questions
• Make sure you assign a Prosperity Perks Ambassador who will become our liaison

As soon as we receive and review your application, we’ll contact you to schedule our first on-site visit so we can introduce Prosperity Perks benefits to your employees.
