As we continue to enhance our members’ banking experience, we’re excited to introduce new ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines) at our branches, beginning early April.
Think of an ITM as an upgraded ATM (Automated Teller Machine) with the added benefit of being able to speak with a live Credit Union of New Jersey representative during your transaction—just like a Zoom meeting or a Facetime call.
In addition, our ITMs give you the ability to:
- Withdraw cash from your CU of NJ checking or savings accounts
- Deposit cash or checks to your CU of NJ checking or savings accounts
- Manage your CU of NJ accounts
- Cash checks
- Transfer money between your CU of NJ accounts
- Make CU of NJ loan payments
- Order checks
- And much more
If you’ve ever used an ATM, then you know how our new ITMs work, as well. Just tap the screen to get started. You’ll see the option to talk with a live representative, or you can transact your business by simply following the prompts.
